IT’S TIME TO TALK ABOUT
Formidable Equity.
We Believe…
Our organization believes that Racism is a disease of individual insecurity and inner self-hatred that resonate supremacist attitudes and actions of superiority over those the individual thinks less than. This thought has caused a feeling of superiority among white supremacist and other races and cultures toward individuals predominantly of African descent. This thought process has developed a historical fallacy and continual action of elitist behavior and micro-aggressive practices of people of European descent.
Action is Stale…
Racism has become a quiet, yet detrimental action in hierarchical organizational structures that mainly cause detrimental oppression to those individuals of ancestral African descent. In past history, all things that created change were performed with action. Leaders of today have taken rotative steps to create change which has led to non-movement in policy change, law restructuring, and greater developments for those in incessant and generational poverty. In black communities, past leaders have lost their lives dealing with either the truths of racism or self-hatred, not only of white people but individuals of our own race. We have developed change by shutting down American structures with action and the word changed to activism; which has led to the somber movements of no change but rotation. However, now we are actors, talk show hosts, music artists, and popular “let me be seen” movements, instead of purposeful change.
Hard Truths…
The structuring of policy and laws are lobbied through payoffs and government exchanges of prostitution, money, and ideas of change that move in a circulatory, non-changing form. This oral movement and non-conforming gestures result continually in the poor staying impoverished, the uneducated breeding in ignorance, and the racist actions of not only whites but those individuals toward their own race and culture. The house negro vs. the field hand, the backbiting of Jesse Jackson toward Barack Obama’s presidential win, the issues of light skin and dark skin, and the famous historical documented letter from slave owner Willie Lynch. These actions have caused the structural breakings of true power in indigenous communities of color. Due to the factual truth that we the Latino, African American, American Indian, people have allowed the lesser to become the greater through the continued actions of racism and covert strategies of intentional demise toward people of color— especially those of African descent.
Our Take…
